Preston Healthport, a new community diagnostic centre has reached completion. It is estimated that the Preston Healthport CDC will provide an additional 105,000 appointments for diagnostic tests, checks and scans each year.

Construction to start for new CDC overtaking vacant space
Community Diagnostic Centre at St Margaret’s Hospital is starting construction. The site is due to open by December 2025. NHS Property Services (NHSPS) are the landlords of the site and the CDC will make use of previously vacant space.

Transformative Whitechapel Life Sciences District gains planning permission
NHSPS has partnered with Barts Health NHS Trust, Queen Mary University of London, the Greater London Authority, and Tower Hamlets borough in this life sciences project. Allies, Morrison, and Gibson Thornley were responsible for the building designs. The buildings are expected to reach completion by 2028.
